
CJ White is president and founder of 10xSolutions, a management consulting firm established in 1998.
She has created
10xSolutions’ web-based employee performance management system and two proprietary performance management
systems. In addition, CJ has developed employee climate surveys and designed employee development programs
centered on performance management, process management, high-performance teamwork, front-line supervisory
management skills and change management.
CJ also pioneered the development of 10xSolutions’ technology integration methodology, designed to enable
clients to leverage their technology investment. CJ has successfully applied this approach to numerous
large-scale environments with complex ERP, HRIS, benefits and payroll processing requirements. Through
her guidance and technical advice, many organizations have achieved significant improvements in cycle-time
reduction, efficient and effective transaction processing, cost containment, employee capability and
customer loyalty.
Prior to consulting, CJ had a 22-year career as leader and change agent at Highmark Blue Cross Blue
Shield. CJ directed the design, development and implementation of mission-critical information systems
including a customer information system that eliminated a dozen mainframe systems. She also has 10 years
of primary marketing research expertise and directed a variety of business functions including sales
closing and enrollment completion, contract management, multi-platform systems application development
and maintenance, database management, reporting, document production and electronic publishing.
CJ holds a Master of Public Management degree in Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University
and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh.
She also has an Associates degree in Accounting from Community College of Allegheny County. Affiliations
